摘要:
在含(9~10)wt%Al和(0.1~5)wt%Ni的镍铝青铜中可能出现α+γ_2,α+β′_2和α+γ_2+β′_2三种共析组织。α+γ_2和α+β′_2两种共析组织的形貌十分相似,但α+β_2比α+γ_2更致密。在α+γ_2+β′_2共析组织中,β′_2主要集中于共析区边界,而γ_2则分布共析区内部,γ_2的晶粒度比β′_2粗大得多。在α+γ_2和α+β′_2含金中,α与γ_2(或β′_2)之间存在K—S和N—W两种位向关系,但当合金中存在α+β′_2+γ_2共析组织时,γ_2和β′_2位向一致,它们与α都成N—W位向关系。
Abstract:
There may exist three eutectoids in the microstrueture of nickelaluminium bronzes containing (9~10) wt % Al and (0.1%) wt % Ni. The morphologies of α+γ_2 and α+β′_2 are similar but the latter is finer. In the α+β′_2+γ_2 eutectoid structure β′_2 is mainly concentrated at the α/β boundaries, while γ_2 is distributed inside prior β regions. Both K-S and N-W orientation relationships exist between α and β′_2 (or γ_2) in alloys consisting of α+β′_2 or α+γ_2. However, if the alloy consists of α+β′_2+γ_2 eutectoid, the lattices of β′_2 and γ_2 are parallel, both of them have the N-W orientation relationship with α.
