摘要:
本文提出了在高温凝固过程中,用振动参数实时检测金属固液界面位置的方法。并以Bridgman凝固装置为对象,确立了凝固系统特征值关于固液界面位置的灵敏度,进行了实验分析,给出了界面位置一谱阵图。
Abstract:
In this paper the method to locate the solid/liquid interface with vibrational parameters during solidification is proposed for the first time. The sensitivity of eigenvalues of solidifying system with respect to the location of solid/liquid interface is verified by using a Bridgman-type furnace with unidirectional heat flow. The experimental results are in good agreement with the computed ones. The relationship between the position of interface and the frequency spectrum is showed by diagram.
