摘要:
<正> 人们对液晶的力学、电学、光学性质作过不少研究;在磁光学方面也有许多报导;Schenz等曾对向列相液晶甲氧基苄叉-丁基苯胺(简称MBBA)作过一些磁光法拉第旋转的测定,但他们的工作主要在紫外区进行的。向列相液晶具有双折射效应,说明其分子具有某种定向排列。Hückel最早对向列相液晶作过X光衍射结构分析,由于条件限制,未能给出明确的结构模式。随着测试分析方法
Abstract:
The dispersion relationship and absorption spectra of Magnetooptical Faraday rotation of nematic liquid crystal MBBA in visible region are studied. The Faraday rotation in 663nm at various strength of magnetic field was measured, the verdet constant obtained is 5×10~2 deg/m.T.
