摘要:
应用有限元法与数学规划法对客车车身结构进行了性能分析及优化设计研究,提出了适用于杆-梁-膜-壳元素构成的空间组合结构在多种工况下保证静、动态性能及尺寸等约束条件下的优化设计方法与软件.探讨了数学模型、设计变量、约束条件等理论问题.所编程序经考核表明其算法可靠,效果明显,对某客车的车身骨架结构的优化设计结果可使其重量比原重降低7.6%.
Abstract:
This paper describes the finite element analysis and optimal design of automobile body structures.A generalized geometric programming sequential quadratic algorithm is presented for minimizing the space combined structure, which is composed of bar-membrane-beam-shell elements,under several load conditions and constrained by its static and dynamic performances and limita- tions of sizes.And the mathematical models,the design variables and the constraint conditions are discussed.The program has been tested in some practical structures,the results show that the algorithm is efficient and reliable.For example,after optimizing,the total weight of a certain automo- bile body structure is 7.6% less than that of its orig-inal design.
