摘要:
在一个电加热的砂子流化床中,研究了当量粒径为5.26~16.33mm烟煤粒的脱挥发份过程.实验中追踪流化床自由空间 CO_2的浓度变化,测定了批量煤粒脱去挥发份的时间,采用了四种不同粒径的床料及三种不同的流化风氧浓度,研究了煤粒的加热及床中氧浓度对脱挥发份过程的影响.结果表明:床中氧浓度对煤粒脱挥发份的时间有重要影响,而床料粒径则几乎没有影响,这说明在脱挥发份阶段热辐射是床向煤粒传热的主要方式.
Abstract:
The process of devolatilization of large coal particles is experimen- tally investigated.In the experiment,coal particles with diameters of 5.26~ 16.33mm were,in batches,dropped into a small electrically heated sand bed which is fluidized by air.The sand size of the bed and the oxygen concentra- tion of fluidizing air were varied.Oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations in the freeboard of the bed were measured.It is found that the oxygen concentration of fluidizing air has certain influence on coal devolatilization time,but the bed sand size has little effects on it.This indicates that the heat rediation is the prevailing mechanism of heat transfer between bed and coal particles in the stage of devolatilization.
