摘要:
围绕燃煤流化床联合循环和实际工业燃煤流化床中空气埋管受热面过大的问题,本文详细研究和分析了螺纹管在常压流化床中的传热特性及规律.针对螺纹管在流化床中的特殊性,进行了两项试验工作:其一是测取单相气流冲刷螺纹管内外的传热规律,得到较合理的换热关联式;其二,在截面积为0.285×0.285m~2的流化床中,研究床内对称布设的螺纹管和光管的换热规律.试验结果较好地反映了螺纹管和光管在流化床中的传热特性.
Abstract:
To focus on the problem of large air-heated surface in the actual coal fluidized bed and AFBCC(Ambient Fluidized Bed Combined Cycle),this paper investigatcs the heat transfer mechanism and the characteristics of helical tube in the ambient fluidized bed in detail.In accordance with the heat transfer speciality of helical tube,two kinds of experiments have made;one is on the heat transfer principle of single-phase flow in the helical tube,and a reasonable relation has been obtained,the other is to explore the heat transfer regularity of helical and smooth tubes which are installed symmetrically in the bed with the cross area 0. 285×0.285m~2.Experimental results well reflect the heat transfer properties of immersed tubes in the fluihized bed.
