摘要:
运用X-650电子探针对加福煤飞灰颗粒进行了碳元素及其它元素的测定。研究表明:白球和棕色球的含碳量小于2%和3.5%,黑球含碳量约13%,黑块Ⅰ和黑块Ⅱ含碳量分别达61%和86%。黑块Ⅰ和黑块Ⅱ是飞灰含碳量高的根本原因。降低飞灰含碳量关键在于设法将黑块Ⅰ完全燃烧,使黑块Ⅱ尽可能着火燃烧。
Abstract:
This paper presents the results of electronic micro-probe measurement for carbon and other elements in particles of flying ash of Jiafu pulverized coal. The carbon content in white sphere is less then 2%, in brown sphere 3.2%, in black sphere about 13%, and in black lump Ⅰ and Ⅱ up to 61% and 81%, respectively. The presence of the black lump Ⅰ and Ⅱ dictates the high carbon content of the flying ash. In order to decrease the carbon content, it is important to burn out black lump Ⅰ and ignite black lump Ⅱ as much as possible.
