摘要:
在对晶体生长平界面引入一个振幅微小的正弦平面波干扰,并考虑在液相中存在对流的条件下,获得了δ(t)/δ(t)的表达式,将上述复杂的表达式简化为一个三次方程,并通过对其根的研究,确定了二元稀溶液凝固平界面的不稳定干扰频率区间及危险频率.
