摘要:
输电系统可靠性评估是电网建设和运行的重要依据。本文分析了国内电网结构的特点,提出了在输电系统近期规划及运行方式安排时,应该考虑的可靠性判断准则,对电网承受能力的优化计算,列出了相应的模型及计算流程,并列举了一些应用实例。
