摘要:
本文基于高速公路交通突变理论,提出了在确认交通拥挤出现的同时,判别交通拥挤类型的算法,从而为高速公路管理部门提供准确的信息,以便采用不同的交通控制方案消除拥挤,提高高速公路的通行能力。
