摘要:
在床截面0.3m×0.3m,处理量为60~70kg/h的流化床装置上进行了还原焙烧硫酸锶矿(天青石)的试验研究,获得焙烧操作的最佳工艺条件,锶矿还原率达75%~78%,吨产晶焙烧煤耗1.45t,与传统的反射炉相比,锶矿还原率提高10%以上,煤耗降低30%且熟料松散利于后部加工,以流化床替代原有工艺可获显著的生产效益。
