摘要:
本文在比较各种板厚测量方法的基础上,根据成象原理着重论述了差动式激光三角法测厚技术,讨论了聚先进键和咸象系统结构参数的设计,分析了板材抖动产生的动态测量误差,并提出自动补偿的途径。
