Hopfield模型用于电力系统规划问题求解时，可能陷入局部最小点而无法得到全局最小点．本文提出了一种改进方法，即在陷入局部最小点后，引入模拟退火技术，可使网络跳出局部最小点而向全局最小点收敛．算例证实了方法的可行性．.
