摘要:
进行城市交通网络规划时,一方面需充分利用交通网络各路段的通行能力,另一方面又需考虑到某些路段为了控制交通拥挤、交通污染等而设置目标流量的要求,为此本文建立了已知固定交通需求下的双目标网络配流模型,并将此模型转化为等价的凸目标规划模型.通过求解最优控制不等式组模型的方法对配流模型进行求解.这模型及其算法在小型模拟网络上得到了实施.
