摘要:
介绍一种测量粉尘浓度的双光路光散射方法,它能剔除因测量窗口被污染而带来的测量误差. 详细介绍了该方法的测量原理及实验装置,并给出实验结果及误差分析.
Abstract:
Two-beam laser optics is investigated to measure the dust concentration, which can be used to solve the problem due to the polluted measurement window in optics. The paper discusses the theory of two-beam laser optics in detail and the way to design the optical probe, and then the experimental results and the measurement error analysis are presented.
