摘要:
结合实际工程的结构方案分析,探讨了多层砖混结构房屋采用整体式框架剪力墙加层后结构的抗震性能和计算方法,编制了考虑楼层刚度变化的计算程序. 计算分析结果表明,加层后的结构性能发生明显变化,砖混结构部分的最不利内力的位置将上移,在房屋的中部楼层可能出现薄弱层.
Abstract:
Through the model analysis of a practical case, the aseismatic behavior and computing method of brick masonry multistory building added with frame and shear wall structures is studied, and one computing program considering the varying of stiffness is advanced. Computing results show that the structure behavior changes greatly after addition and that the location of maximum shear force in brick wall rises to the middle of the building. 
