摘要:
探讨了玻璃基片上毛细管区带电泳系统的制作过程及其分离性质. 在对2种色素的分离实验中,在100 V/cm的电场下,理论塔板数可至40 000. 还描述了交叉点进样的方法,利用交叉形状的沟道和电场作用下的电渗流实现了溶液的无阀转换,进样体积为30 pL.
Abstract:
A capillary zone electrophoresis system integrated on a planar glass substrate is described and the separation performance is also evaluated. The theoretical plates of two pigments with separation voltage of 100 V/cm is 40 000. Depending on intersecting channels and electro-osmotic pumping, valveless switching of solvent flow is realized and the injection volume is 30 pL. 
