摘要:
主要研究各种可行装配顺序的评价方法. 提出了装配层状关系模型,讨论了装配作业时间的计算方法,提出了从装配生产调度的角度来评价装配顺序的方法,给出了这种装配顺序评价方法的应用实例.
Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to objectively evaluate the differences among the feasible assembly sequences. For this purpose an assembly hierarchy relational model is proposed. The calculation of the operating time based on the predetermined time standards is discussed. A evaluation method of assembly sequences with considering production schedule is proposed. An example of assembly sequences evaluation for cylindrical spur gearbox is given.
