摘要:
以国家标准《小模数圆柱蜗杆、蜗轮精度制》(报批稿)为依据,以随机过程理论为工具,研究小模数圆柱蜗杆副传动精度内在的统计规律,提出了小模数圆柱蜗杆副传动精度计算式. 在一定的置信概率下,给出了小模数圆柱蜗杆副空程、传动误差的分布范围.
Abstract:
Basing on The China’s State Standard “System of Accuracy for Small Moudle Cylindrical Worm and Wormwheel" (Draft for Approval) this artical researchs the probabilistic law of transmission accuracy of small moudle worm gear pairs and puts forward the formulas for transmission accuracy calculation of the worm gears. It gives out the distribution of lost motion and transmission error of small moudle cylindrical worm gear pairs at certain credible probability.
