Abstract:
Based on Reiter’s theory from first principles, a practical algorithm of multiple-fault diagnosis is proposed for the continuous physical system with the fixed measure points. The algorithm consists of three parts: Firstly, a collection of minimal conflict set candidates can be identified in off-line way only according to the system configuration and the sensor distribution; Secondly, the real-time observed data are used to confirm the minimal conflict sets from the conflict set candidates; Finally, the diagnosis set is identified based on the conflict sets. The proposed algorithm can be used effectively in the real-time diagnosis.
