摘要:
给出了内框驱动、外框敏感、电容检测的微型双框架角振动陀螺仪的的运动方程和其运动规律,分析了该陀螺仪的原理及结构误差.
Abstract:
This paper derives the dynamic equations of a dual gimballed angular vibratory micromachined gyroscope, gives the motion law of the inner and outer gimbal plates, analyzes its principle and configuration errors.
