摘要:
通过对傅里叶方程和非傅里叶方程的比较,系统地分析了高强度干燥过程中,多孔介质内部超常传热的非傅里叶效应,得到了一些重要结论,即:在高强度干燥过程中,需要考虑由于热扰动的有限传播速度所引起的非傅里叶效应; 当距离加热端足够远时,非傅里叶效应就变得不明显; 随时间的增加,高热流密度干燥过程中需要考虑非傅里叶效应.
Abstract:
Comparison between Fourier equation and Non-Fourier equation is made. On the other hand, Non-Fourier effect in wet porous materials, which happens in high intensive drying process, is schematically analyzed in the paper. The conclusions can be drawn that Non-Fourier effect must be considered, which is caused by finite heat propagation of heat disturbance; Non-Fourier effect becomes less obvious if the distance from heated end is far enough and Non-Fourier effect must be considered with the increase of time.
