摘要:
将一种变型的模拟退火方法——约束模拟退火用于优化γ刀立体定向放疗中涉及的参数:靶点数,靶点位置、权重以及对应准直器的直径.该方法可用于任一类型的优化函数和任意的剂量约束条件.结果表明,采用这一方法获得的等剂量线能够与肿瘤轮廓线很好地吻合,并同时可以将肿瘤周边正常组织的受损性减到最小.
Abstract:
In this paper, a variation of simulated annealing method called “constrained simulated annealing” is used to automatically optimize the following parameters in stereotactic radiosurgery using gamma unit treatment system: The number of isocenters, the position and weight of each isocenter, and the corresponding collimator size. This optimization method permits the utilization of any objective function and any set of dose constraints. Application of this algorithm to certain cases shows that it can achieve an excellent conformation of the estimated isodose curves with the outline of the target volume, and allows us to minimize the damage to surrounding normal tissues.
