摘要:
首次提出了2种两自由度振动轮式陀螺仪新结构.详细分析了陀螺仪工作原理,推导了陀螺仪动力学方程.介绍了电容信号器和力矩器的工作原理.
Abstract:
Two types of two axes vibration gyroscope have first been given in this paper.The thesis analyses the operation principle of silicon micro-mechanical gyroscope and derives the motion equations. The working principles of capacitance sensors and actuators have been discussed.
