摘要:
制备了SiO2凝胶,用其包裹于发泡剂外表.释氢试验证明,包裹能有效延迟发泡剂的开始释气时间,解决了进入熔融铝后在未来得及分散均匀前就开始释气,而造成的泡沫铝制品孔洞结构不易控制及成品率低的问题.
Abstract:
Foaming agent TiH2 was coated using SiO2 gel prepared in this paper. Hydrogen liberation test showed that coating could effectively delay starting time of hydrogen liberation for foaming agent, slow down its rate hydrogen liberation, and prevent undispersed. TiH2 in fused aluminum from liberating hydrogen leading uncontrollable cave structure of foaming aluminum product and low rate of finished product.
