摘要:
基于目前交通分配中“系统”与“用户”之间的矛盾及其冲突机理,提出了平衡协调思想,并在综合考虑出行影响因素的基础上,建立了平衡分配模型,从理论上实现了路网流量分配的合理化.
Abstract:
Based on the contradiction and conflict between the “System” and “User” in trip assignment, thought of equilibrium and coordination is put forward. Equilibrium-Assignment Models are established under the comprehensive consideration of trip factors. Theoretically, traffic volumes in road network are assigned rationally.
