摘要:
CAPP系统中的实例匹配是有效利用现有工艺知识和专家经验的最佳途径.根据模糊数学原理,分析了工艺规程形成过程中各属性因素的影响,在建立模糊匹配模型时,从工艺条件中提取能区分和识别工艺实例的特征向量,确定了各属性因素的隶属函数,计算中增加隶属函数的权重因子,并给出其算例.该方法在SMCAPP系统中得到应用.
Abstract:
Case-based matching in CAPP (Computer-Aided Process Planning) system is the best way to make use of the process-planning knowledge and the expert experience. Based on the fuzzy theory this paper analyses the influences of the various properties on forming procedure. After establishing the model of fuzzy matching we extract the eigenvector which can be used to distinguish and recognize process cases from the process conditions and then establish the subjection functions. The weight factors of the functions are added in the calculation and the example of the matching is given out. The method has application in SMCAPP system.
