摘要:
研究了电氧化法处理高浓度酚钠废水的可行性及处理效果.结果表明:电氧化法对废水的色度和S(重铬酸钾化学耗氧量)具有良好的去除效果,电解过程中余氯的产生对色度和S的去除有决定性作用,实验确定的高浓度酚钠废水电氧化处理条件是:电流密度为714 A/m2,电压为10 V,电解时间为30 min,色度和S的去除率分别为74.5%和60.8%.另外,电氧化法还能改善废水的可生化性,试验表明该酚钠废水采用中和→电氧化→生化工艺进行处理是可行的.
Abstract:
Feasibility and effect of electrochemical oxidation treatment method were studied dealing with high-concentrated phenolic sodium wastewater. The results indicate that colourity and CODcr removal rates of the wastewater can reach 74.5% and 60.8% respectively under the optimum electrolysis condition (I=714 A/m2; V=10 V). Remanent chlorine plays an important role on the removal of CODcr and colourity of the effluents. In addition, the electrochemical oxidation can improved the biodegradability of the wastewater. The technique of treating phenolic sodium wastewater by neutralization—electrochemical oxidation—biological purification process proved to be applicable.
