摘要:
大力拓展房地产市场,是我国当前乃至一个相当长时期内扩大内需、拉动经济增长的一个重要内容.本文分析了当前我国房地产住宅市场的现状及面临的主要矛盾,并从体制、机制和政策上探索了住宅市场改革与发展的新思路.
Abstract:
It is one of the important substance of extending the internal needs and bring along the national economic growth to develop the housing market energetially. In this paper, the recent situation and major problems in housing market are first analysed. The new train of thought about the reform and development of housing market is then presented.
