摘要:
基因芯片是提取生物分子信息的一种新技术,该技术是分子生物学与电子信息科学交叉的产物.基因芯片在基因型分析、基因表达监控和疾病检测方面有着重要的应用.本论文分析基因芯片中的信息处理问题,介绍一个高密度基因芯片设计及数据分析软件系统,该系统包括基因芯片探针设计、芯片优化、杂交图像处理和检测结果分析等功能.
Abstract:
Gene chip is a kind of microarray with high-density oligonucleotide probes. It is a new technique of extracting bio-molecular information. Gene chip is the fusion of life science, electronics and information science. In this paper, we present the problems of information processing in gene chip application. A software system of gene chip design and experiment data analysis has been developed, which has the functions of oligonucleotide probe design, gene chip optimization, image processing and data analysis. 
