摘要:
阐述了热爆炸基本原理,介绍了热爆炸实验的设计和方法,通过对实验数据的整理与分析,阐明了药卷发生热爆炸的规律性.根据热爆炸理论,推导出了非等温条件下,炸药由热分解过渡到热爆炸时临界温度的预测模型.计算结果表明,临界温度的数值计算值与实测值能够较好地相吻合,证明了数学模型的建立和特征参数选取的正确性和合理性.从而为煤炭地下气化温控爆破渗流燃烧技术工艺参数的设计及炸药的稳定性评价,奠定了必要的理论基础.
Abstract:
The basic principle of thermal explosion is explained in this paper, the design and method of the thermal explosion test are introduced as well. Through sorting out and analyzing test data, regularity, which exists in the course of the thermal explosion for a cartridge bag, is clarified. Based on theory of the thermal explosion, prediction model of critical temperature, when dynamite transits from thermal decomposition to thermal explosion under nonisothermal conditions, has been derivated. Computation results indicate that numerical calculation value of the critical temperature can be identical with the real measurement one. It proves the correctness and rationality of establishing mathematical model and selecting characteristic parameters. Thus, it lays down the necessarily theoretical foundation for technique parameter design of temperature-control blasting, seepage-flow combustion in the underground coal gasification and stability evaluation of dynamite.
