摘要:
再燃烧是一种成熟的低NOx燃烧技术,它是利用燃料分级,形成还原性气氛,迫使NOx分解.本文从煤岩学的观点,讨论了以神俯烟煤作为再燃燃料的再燃烧.通过试验研究得到神俯煤镜质组对还原NOx有利, 是活性组分; 丝质组是惰性组分.并讨论了工程应用,提出了当用神俯烟煤作为再燃燃料进行再燃烧时应尽量除去丝质组的结论.
Abstract:
Fuel staged (reburning) is a mature NOx control technology that uses fuel staged to forms reductive atmosphere and to forces NOx to decompose. This paper discusses the reburning of Shenfu bituminous from a view of petrography. Through experimental study, we find that the vitrinite, which is called active constituent, is useful for deoxidization of NOx, and the fusinite is an inertial constituent in reburning. The fusinite must be got rid of when Shenfu bituminous is uesd as reburning fuel. Application of the result in engineering is introduced.
