摘要:
通过实例分析,提出一种机器人光纤传感器光路设计的一般方法.提炼出普通光纤传感器的光路类型和基本光路,进而由基本光路出发,构建各类机器人光纤传感器光路.
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of a lot of optical fiber sensors, a general method of optical structure design of robot optical fiber sensors is proposed. Optical structure style and basic structure of ordinary optical fiber sensors are extracted and put forward. Robot optical fiber sensors can be constructed by basic optical structure.
