摘要:
将一种全阶磁链闭环观测器应用于直接转矩控制系统中,取代了传统的纯积分器,经过仿真分析得知该磁链观测器对定子磁链的观测精度高,对于电机参数的鲁棒性较好,在电机低速运行时仍能实现对定子磁链准确的观测.在此基础上根据Popov超稳定性理论,成功地设计出2种电机转速的自适应辨识方案,并进行了对比仿真和实验研究,结果表明第1种自适应方案的收敛速度快,动态性能更好,但是2种方案的稳态性能差别不大.本系统以1.1 kW异步电机为控制对象,并采用数字信号处理器DSP(TMS320C32)进行了数字化实现.
Abstract:
A full order flux observer of an induction motor is proposed to replace the classical pure integrator in the direct torque control system. The simulation shows that the observer gives very satisfactory estimation result of stator flux, especially at lower speed. According to Popov’s criterion, two adaptive speed identification methods are designed successfully. Simulation and experiments of these two methods are carried out contrastively, the results show that adaptive method one is faster than the other in the convergence rate of speed, but their steady performance is similar. This prototype system is implemented on a digital signal processor (TMS320C32) in a 1.1 kW induction motor.
