摘要:
介绍了无机纳米抗菌剂的杀菌机制,其相对于传统的抗菌剂具有优良的综合品质,指出使其与医用纱布进行复合以制备安全、高效、广谱的抗菌纱布将具有广阔的市场前景.还介绍了无机纳米抗菌剂与纱布进行复合的方法以及作者目前的一些研究结果.
Abstract:
This paper introduces the sterilization mechanism of inorganic nanometer antimicrobials such as nanometer ZnO,TiO2,Ag+-composited SiO2 and so on, which have excellent integrative character compared with conventional antimicrobials. The preparation of safe, highly efficient, and broad-spectrum antimicrobial pledget by combining the inorganic nanometer antimicrobial with cotton fibre is significant and has a wide market prospect. We studied the methods of this combination and have successfully prepared nano-antimicrobial-composited pledget, which is effective for restraining the growth of some bacteria.
