摘要:
依据应急诊断治疗的医学知识和实践经验,综合运用了案例推理、模糊推理、缺省推理等方法,建立了能迅速生成重症监护治疗方案的推理模型,对重症监护病房中的多种危险病症采取病因和病症相结合的诊断思路,实现了推理机的设计,建立案例推理、模糊推理、缺省推理相结合的ICU应急诊断方案生成原型系统.该系统将人工智能技术和ICU医学知识相结合,为信息技术在生命科学中的应用做了有益的探讨.
Abstract:
Based on the knowledge and experience of critical care medicine, we apply case-based reasoning, fuzzy reasoning and default reasoning, etc. on medical diagnosis and design a prototype of a medical expert system (Case Based Scheme for Intensive Care Unit). The system has a reasoning engine which integrates pathogeny and symptom diagnosis methods. This paper combines artifical intelligence technology and knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of emergency medicine, and applies information technology in life science.
