摘要:
钙基脱硫剂煅烧的多孔产物CaO孔隙的分布特性,影响着硫化反应速率、脱硫效果和钙利用率,对其分析将有助于分析脱硫过程中脱硫剂的孔堵塞、孔口闭塞等现象及脱硫效果.假设孔长度分布是连续的,且分布函数满足对数正态分布,模拟分析了CaO内孔的比表面积、孔容积及孔径的分布,并通过实验验证,模拟结果与实验值吻合较好,同时,根据此模型对CaO的硫化活性及孔隙的最佳分布进行了讨论.结果表明:当孔隙分布达到最佳时,CaO具有较高的有效比表面积和孔隙率.
Abstract:
The characteristics of pore distributions of the porous product CaO from calcinated calcium-based sorbents have a great effect on the sulfation reactivity, sulfation extent and calcium utilization. The reasonable description of them is helpful to analyze the pore filling, pore mouth plugging and sulfation results during desulfation. Based on the assumption that the pore length distribution of porous CaO meets normal logarithm function, distributions of the specific surface area, pore volume, pore sizes are described in this paper. Compared with the experimental data, results predicted by the model are in good agreement with the experimental data. The sulfation performance and optimum pore distributions of CaO are investigated with this model. Results show that CaO with the optimum pore distribution has the high available specific surface area and pore volume used for the sulfation reaction.
