摘要:
为了避免针入度分级的不足,本文应用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)测量了道路石油沥青在正弦荷载作用下存储模量和相位角δ随温度的变化情况.试验数据表明,标号小的沥青如果其-30 ℃模量E1和温度敏感性指标ΔE/Δt小,则其低温抗裂性好,而不同于按针入度分级得到的结论,标号小的沥青低温性能差.这个结论与最新研究成果当量脆点t1.2和针入度指数PI的试验结果相一致.由此可以说明,动态热机械分析仪(DMA)能够确定沥青的低温性能和温度敏感性,为沥青的正确选用提供依据.
Abstract:
In order to avoid insufficiency of asphalt classification on penetration, the varieties of storage modulus and phasic angle δ are analyzed in this paper when temperature rising under the sine load by Dynamic Machine Analysis. The data of tests indicate that low-penetration asphalt can resist well cracking at low temperature if its modulus E1 at -30 ℃ and temperature susceptibility index ΔE/Δt are small. The result differs from that of classification on penetration, that is low-penetration asphalt has bad performance at low temperature. But the result of tests accords with the latest which is based on breaking points t1.2 and penetration index PI. So DMA can judge the performance at low temperature and temperature susceptibility of asphalt, which provides a criterion for selection of asphalt.
