摘要:
沥青混合料压实试件毛体积密度的测定方法一直在道路工作者中间存在争议.本文首先通过公式推导,对2种毛体积密度测量方法的原理进行了剖析,之后有针对性的对常见的矿料级配进行了大量试验.研究结果表明,密级配试件表干法比蜡封法更趋准确,但试件应充分浸水; 对于开级配试件,蜡封法结果比表干法更为准确,但要保证水不会由于蜡的脱落而进入试件,同时温度不宜过高; 对于表面坑洞较多的试件,加滑石粉可以替代试件的开口空隙而使结果更加准确,故对沥青碎石试件最好强制添加滑石粉,而且计算公式应参考本文推荐公式进行修正.
Abstract:
The method to measure the bulk density of compact bituminous mixture is always disputed among researchers. Through theoretical analysis, the principles of the two methods are discussed in this paper. Many idiographic tests on the usual mineral aggregate gradation are carried out, and several results are obtained. For dense grade the saturated-surface-dry method is more correct than the wax-enveloped method if fully soaped. For loose one, the latter is more correct than the former if the wax is not shed and the temperature is not too high. For sample with some holes, covered with talcum powder will be more correct, thus the talcum powder should be required for these ones, and the calculating formula should be amended referring to this paper.
