摘要:
芜湖江东船厂新建船台滑道位于有较厚软弱土层的岸坡上,软弱土层强度低,岸坡的变形过大将危及工程结构的安全.本文采用三维有限元对建造船体、船体上滑道、船体下水的造船一般过程中工程结构的受力与变形进行数值分析,根据计算结果求解得出结构最可能破坏位置位于水陆交界处结构基桩上部的结论.运用此方法对结构基桩的完整性进行了测试检验,并在实践中证实了数值分析的准确性.
Abstract:
In Wuhu Jiangdong Ship-Building Factory, a new building berth and chute are established on the slope with thick soft under layer. The structure is analysed by FEM method in its work stages as building ship, up-to chute and sliding to water. The results show the most dangerous part in the top of foundation pile near water, which will affect its safety. Low strain integrity test showed that this part had been damaged during construction.
