Abstract:
The analysis of the performance of switched reluctance motor is relatively difficult because of its non-linear characteristics of parameters. A novel numerical computing method — inductance parameters method(IPM) is proposed. Inductance curves of SRM are obtained by minimum value of inductance and the value of inductance at the maximum inductance, and it is used to simulate SRM starting and generating mode by Fourier series. Compared with non-linear magnetic parameter method, IPM does not need finite element analysis. Experimental results verify that IPM possesses high simulation precision.
