摘要:
通过分析和实验,认为光学镜头产生非线性畸变的主要原因是透镜组合时的轴向间距误差.提出了把非线性畸变参数的求解独立于相机其他参数求解的方案,在机器视觉的研究和应用中,首先对图像进行校正,然后直接采用线性处理方法求解相机的内部参数和外部参数.为实现上述方案,研究了一种求解非线性畸变参数的方法——标准图形法,并详细介绍了这种方法的基本思想、具体内容和计算方法.实验证明,利用这种方法求解非线性畸变参数精度高且实用、可靠.
Abstract:
It is shown by analysis and experiments that nonlinear distortion of camera lens is mainly produced by the error of axial clearance in camera lens group. A technique, in which solving of nonlinear distortion parameters can be separated from solving of other parameters, is presented. In researching and applying of machine vision image with nonlinear distortion must be corrected first, and then other parameters of camera can be solved with linear method in later image processing. A method, standard graphic method, which is used to solve nonlinear distortion parameters is designed. The principle, content and program of this method are introduced in detail. Experiment result shows that the method is reliable, available and with high precision.
