摘要:
连吡啶结构的配体与铕(Ⅲ)离子的能级相匹配,它们之间能进行稳定的能量传递,从而得到强烈而稳定的红色荧光.以2-甲基吡啶为原料,经过氨基化、溴化、缩合、水解等反应,合成了连吡啶结构的大环穴状化合物,并使之与铕(Ⅲ)离子形成配位络合物,通过质谱FAB表征了它的结构,仔细讨论了合成实验中的现象和技巧.该络合物在各种溶剂中均有较大的溶解度,能发出强烈的红色荧光,给出了它的紫外和荧光光谱数据,数据表明分子内发生了能量的传递.
Abstract:
Since the energy level of the ligand containing bipyridine structures matches that of Eu(Ⅲ), energy transfer occurs stably between the ligand and Eu(Ⅲ), which will result in strong and stable red fluorescence. Macrocyclic ligand is synthesized via the reactions of amination, bromination, condensation, and hydrolysis used 2-methylpyridine as starting raw materials. The ligand is further coupled with Eu(Ⅲ) to form macrocyclic complex, whose structure is identified by FAB MS. The details of phenomena and technique during the experiment are also discussed. The complex has considerable solubility in many solvents, emitting strong red fluorescence under UV light. Its UV and FL spectra are given, which shows the intermolecular transfer of the energy.
