摘要:
利用工程材料手册中现有的金属材料拉伸应力-应变曲线及参数,通过以三参数形式表示的真实应力-自然应变关系曲线,导出了压缩应力-应变关系曲线三参数模型,并应用于金属蜂窝夹芯板弹塑性屈曲分析.同时进行了蜂窝夹芯板弹塑性屈曲实验研究.分析对比表明,理论分析结果与实验结果吻合得很好.最后讨论说明在进行金属构件弹塑性稳定分析时,应用压缩应力-应变曲线求解比用拉伸应力-应变曲线分析求解更合理.
Abstract:
The nominal compressive stress-strain curve is deduced from the actual stress-strain curve on the base of engineering tensile stress-strain curve. It is used to have plastic modification of elastic-plastic stability analysis of honeycomb sandwich plates. The modified results coincide with experimental ones very well. It is indicated that using the nominal compressive stress-strain curve is more reasonable than using the tensile stress-strain curve for studying elastic-plastic stability of metallic component.
