摘要:
通过CCD摄像机将前照灯光束在汽车正前方与汽车纵向轴线垂直的2个预定位置投影测量屏幕上的2帧投影图像输入计算机,根据远、近光投影图像的特点,用有限邻域最大值搜索法确定远光投影图像几何中心位置,将近光图像转换成二值图像找出投影图像明暗截止线转角位置,从而确定前照灯远、近光束照射方向.基于该方法可实现汽车前照灯远、近光束照射方向的全自动检测,从根本上解决目前国内各类汽车前照灯检验仪存在的问题.
Abstract:
Two screens were fixed in advance at different positions right in front of automobile. and perpendicular to automobile longitudinal axis. Two projections on the measuring screens were conveyed into computer by a CCD camera. Different methods were taken to process the images of far and lower beam according to their features. The center position of far beam projection image can be determined by searching for the maximum grey level in the neighborhood. By means of image sharpening, the original images of lower beam were transformed into binary image, the position of turning point of the boundary between bright part and dim part of projection can be determined by boundary pixel. Thus, the direction of far and lower beam can be detected. Based on above methods, the direction of far and lower beam of automobile headlamp can be detected automatically. The essential shortcomings of current domestic instruments can be overcome.
