摘要:
通过对影响绿色产品制造工艺因素的分析,从资源利用属性、能源利用属性、环境负担和经济性等几个方面建立了绿色产品制造工艺评价体系的层次结构图,并应用加性加权法首先排除绿色产品制造工艺方案集中的劣解,对绿色产品制造工艺方案进行规范化处理和采用和法求得权向量,最后确定绿色产品制造工艺的最优解.在此基础上应用实例求绿色产品多个制造工艺方案的最优解,并通过验证是可行的.
Abstract:
This paper presents the arrangement structure of evaluation system by considering the resource utilization, energy consumption, environmental burden and economical efficiency. The weight method is used to remove the inferior solution of the green products manufacturing process(GPMP)set, then to standardize the GPMP schemes and to calculate its sum weight vector. Finally the optimum solution of GPMP schemes is obtained. The optimum solution to an example shows that the evaluation system and the method to find solution are practical.
