摘要:
本文提出了一种基于图像配准的数字减影图像增强算法,在注入造影剂前,首先摄取一系列连续掩膜图像(30帧/s),然后注入造影剂摄取造影图像,将造影图像与掩膜序列图像进行全局配准,找到其中匹配的掩膜图,最后再用块匹配方法对该造影图像和匹配的掩膜图像进行局部配准.在进行局部匹配时为了达到子像素精度和较快的速度,运用了一种快速样条插值方法.实验结果表明配准后的减影图像质量良好,具有较高的临床诊断价值.
Abstract:
Usually,live image is of low quality and may influence the subsequent analysis and diagnosis carried out by radiologists. In order to solve this problem, a new method is proposed. After acquiring a series of mask images with 30 frames per second, contrast material was injected and live images acquired. The live images were globally matched with the mask images to find the matchable mask image. Then images are regarded as acquired in the almost same phase of the cardiac motion cycle, after this, local the live image was locally matched with the corresponding globally matchable mask image with block match method. In order to implement fast and improve subppixel precision in local match, a fast spline interpolation method was employed. The experiments demonstrate that the subtraction images after registration are of high quality and much more diagnostic value.
