摘要:
通过中试研究了常规给水处理系统运行工况与费用的基本关系,证实了最经济沉淀水浊度的存在; 且证明了该浊度值同混凝剂、沉淀池排泥及滤池反冲洗用水等各种费用值的对比情况及原水水质条件相关; 试验表明虽然该浊度值同原水水质条件相关,但变化幅度不大,有利于在生产上实现优化运行.同时发现在试验的具体条件下,混凝剂费是影响运行费用的主要因素,降低混凝剂消耗是降低运行费用的关键.
Abstract:
The relationship between operation condition and the cost for a water treatment system is studied through pilot scale test.It is demonstrated that there exists a most economical turbidity of settled water in the system, and the value of the turbidity is bound up with the raw water quality. The test indicates that the turbidity varies with the condition of raw water in a narrow range, and it profits to realize optimal operation in manufacture. It is also found that coagulant cost is the main factor which influences the operating cost under experiment condition.
