摘要:
在50 kHz交叉并联正激直流环节软开关逆变器工作频率难以提高的基础上,研究了200 kHz并联正激直流环节软开关逆变器新的控制方案.直流变换器改为2个200 kHz正激变换器并联工作,通过一定的控制形成200 kHz的直流脉冲电压.逆变器以100 kHz的采样频率有限单极性控制.仿真结果表明该控制方案可行,功率管的开关频率提高,开关损耗下降.该方案有助于减小变换器的成本、体积和重量,改善变换器输出特性.
Abstract:
Since the switching frequency of 50 kHz interleaved-paralleling forward DC link soft-switching inverter is difficult to be increased, this paper researches a control scheme of 200 kHz paralleling forward DC link soft-switching inverter. DC/DC converter is composed of two 200 kHz paralleling forward converter and yields 200 kHz DC pulse voltage through certain control. Limited single-polarity control scheme with 100 kHz sampling frequency is adopted on inverter. Simulation results show the feasibility of this control scheme. The switching frequency of power devices is increased with the decrease of switching losses. This control scheme can decrease the cost and size of converter and improve the converter output performance.
