摘要:
把Yager提出的有序加权平均(OWA)算子推广到所给定的数据信息均为区间数形式的不确定环境之中. 基于区间数两两比较的可能度公式和模糊互补判断矩阵的排序公式, 提出了一种不确定型OWA算子, 给出了其在应用过程中的具体步骤, 并提出了一种相应的集结群决策信息的方法. 最后通过算例说明了方法的可行性和有效性.
Abstract:
This paper extends the ordered weighted averaging(OWA)operator of Yager to accommodate uncertain conditions where all input arguments take the forms of interval numbers. Firstly, the possibility degree formula for the comparison between interval numbers is introduced. Then, based on the formula and the priority method of fuzzy preference matrix(i.e., fuzzy complementary judgement matrix), an uncertain OWA operator and its application procedures are proposed, and a method based on the uncertain OWA operator for aggregating information in group decision-making is presented. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
